Its a bit tight to solder the resistors inside the plug housing but it is possible just remember to put the plug housing on the cable before soldering otherwise youll be.

The mic connection seems fairly obvious too on the ring of the 35mm. The speaker connections seem obvious with ground on the sleeve of 25mm and other speaker connection to tip.
